My situation is completely different now - and we’ll see how that works out for me. The bottom line is that you have to trust your gut and when you don’t, you usually find yourself in a pickle.
Don’t put the plastic bag over your own head, no matter how tempting it may be.
My personal red flags were having to do with wages, impact, and connection with students. The red flags that life threw at me were blown out shoes, booking errors, and demanding an untenable reset of priorities. Listen to yourself and you can go wrong, align yourself with the universe and you can only go right - though it may be a painful path.
