I haven’t been very good about doing weekly updates and I dropped more pings in the Discord this week than I normally do but there has been a lot happening.
First: We completed the first $BALDS airdrop to holders and contributors. It’s going to be a slow start with our token but at least we can have fun with it. If you got the $BALDS drop it will be in the wallet you registered with in the VM Discord.
It is a Polygon token so you will need to have the Polygon Mainnet installed on your Metamask wallet. Unstoppable Domains has a pretty good guide here.
Once you’ve done that, you can click on Assets in your Metamask wallet, scroll to the bottom and click ‘Import Tokens’ and then enter the $BALDS contract address which is 0x3A6eb8c5Afb5a26A8e1D26c6b9e633Ae6c437b4e
Paste that number in the contract address box and the rest should autofill. Then click ‘Add token’ and Voila! If you have $BALDS now you can transact with them person to person (p2p). That’s the magic of crypto. What can you buy with all those $BALDS?

and the BJ Pirate character 1/1 ‘Skully’ was already sold. But there will be more.
All of the $BALDS transacting needs to be done in the VM server and the idea is for it to be fun. After all - we minted 40+ Baldsillyionaires with this first monthly drop and we intend to mint more next month.
I also recently put an old project together in a new way - I hope you guys enjoy Alpha Computer Mind.
Finally, because I felt like I haven’t been doing enough - I minted my first open edition of Bald Jesus on Manifold.

If you’re still reading and not sick of me yet - I don’t think I’ve shared the Lost Realms lore video that dropped with you guys. This is one of the most hyped up projects in the NFT space that hasn’t dropped yet - and I wrote all the lore (so far) for it. Here it is in the video form they released it.
I did a Discord space with Saint, the founder of the project last week. As well as showing up for The PageDAO Show (on the PageDao Discord), the Web3Writers Hour, and Trippy Tuesday. Two out of three of the shows got rugged by Twitter issues, unfortunately. I hate being so dependent on corporate platforms like Twitter.
This week I also go the chance to go out and enjoy some IRL blockchain fun with the Blockchain in Paradise Meetup here in Honolulu on Friday night and the Honolulu Crypto Meetup Group as well. Unfortunately for me, I caught the flu at one of them - thankfully not Covid but the past couple of days have been fairly miserable on my end. Still, it was fun to get out and meet people IRL - speaking of which.
I am super happy to have been selected as a speaker at NFT-NYC and the Web3 Academic Conferences coming up in April. If any of you will be attending, I’d love to meet up IRL.
Alright, I’m going to cook some soup now. It’s raining in Honolulu but at least we aren’t being invaded by UFOs (yet).
